Now for the Fine Print:

1) Up to 2 In-store space plans are done Free of charge. $45.00 for each space plan done thereafter. In home consultations are charged out at a minimum of $75.00 for the first hour or any part thereof. Each subsequent hour is charged at $45.00 per hour or any part thereof.  In home consultation charges are creditted back to any order placed within 7 days of the consultation date.

2) Delivery Times are quoted for the truck to arrive to you within a specified time frame. K.I.D.S. can NOT say how long installation may take once in your home. Should the truck arrive to your home after the specified time frame; simply ask the drivers to note the arrival time on the delivery slip and  K.I.D.S. will send you a $25.00 in store gift card in the mail for the inconvenience. KIDS can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

4) Products may be stored for up to 3 months completely FREE of charge from the first day your order arrives at our loading dock. Any part thereafter shall be billed at $65.00 per month or any part thereof. Client must pay the balance prior to storage.  Your warranty will begin from the date the product arrives at our Loading Docks.

5) “if anything is not quite right…we will make it right”  refers to the fact that K.I.D.S. will make every REASONABLE attempt to satisfy requests. All terms and conditions of the invoice will still apply. Please ask staff if you have any particular concerns or if you would like to see a sample of the invoice.

6)  5% Price Guarantee – K.I.D.S. will match the price PLUS provide an additional 5% discount based on the lowest competitor price UP TO A MAXIMUM OF $75.00. One Price Match Discount per household. Applicable for same product/same manufacturer only. Written proof of price must be provided in the form of a media advertised price or written quoted on company form, company email or company letterhead. All proof must include specifics as per items, services included, price, taxes, etc.  Does not apply to delivery charges. Does not apply to web pricing.

K.I.D.S. encourages you to complete all your research prior to placing any order with us.  Price Guarantee applies to new orders ONLY. Unfortunately, due to fluctuations in the market such as exchange rates, shipping rates, etc; we can NOT apply the Price Guarantee to existing orders.

In the unlikely event that K.I.D.S. can not honour a valid 5% guarantee request, the client may still get the 5% discount in the form of a rebate Store Credit which will be mailed or emailed to the client. Simply follow the procedure outlined next.

7) To claim your 5% cash rebate please provide the following information

a) copy of your original quote from K.I.D.S.

b) copy of the competitor’s quote clearly showing that K.I.D.S. declined to match the price with an additional 5% discount.

c) copy of the invoice from the competitor clearly showing the same sale price as on their quote.

d) proof of delivery of the product into your home.

e) mail, email or deliver the above along with a self addressed stamped envelope to K.I.D.S. at 201 Millway Ave, #1, Concord, ON  L4K5K8.

f) please allow 6-8 weeks for your rebate Store Credit to be processed and mailed or emailed to you.
