Recently I purchased some concert tickets online for one on my favourite artists.  The ticketing website clearly indicated that the seats were General Admission.  In my experience, GA tends to mean that there are no reserved seats; it is all first come first served. Imagine my surprize when on doing some further research I found out that the venue in question actually Has NO Seats At ALL!!!  You stand all night while watching the concert and all for a ridiculously high price.

Even though it is obvious that I am ranting on the venue, the ticket seller, and the artist for such poor planning and information; there is a very important lesson to learn.  Ask, Ask, Ask.  You can never ask enough questions when buying anything.  Even us "Experts" can be tripped up every now and then by a curve ball.

Especially when dealing with a large purchase like furniture it is important to deal with a company that you trust, that has an excellent track record, and that strives for excellence in communication, expectation, and delivery. Had I done my homework before giving any money I would have known about the seating issue.
